Everyone is always talking about the mystical art of balance that seems just always barely out of reach (eating like a supermodel yoga enthusiast one day and acting like a hungry unsupervised kid in a candy store the other – yeah, guilty as charged!) But friends, we’ve got good news for you in the balance department today: Pancakes. Not really healthy, right? Wrong! We’ve got a delicious 2-ingredients-only-recipe that will woooow you off your feet and keep your body mind and soul in balance. Don’t believe us? Just give these bad boys a try. So. Worth. It. And the best part, you can top them off with whatever your heart desires: berries, honey, maple syrup, chocolate syrup... BALANCE! Enjoy these fluffy little kisses from heaven. WHAT YOU'LL NEED – 1 banana – 2 eggs – 1 tsp baking powder – 1 tsp cinnamon – pinch of fleur de sel Topping: – berries – honey or maple syrup – whatever you love 1 – Mix all the ingredients together 2 – Melt some coconut oil over medium heat in a frying pan 3 – Add a dollop of your pancakes mix to the pan 4 – Wait until little bubbles build and then flip the pancakes over 5 – Stack the pancakes on a plate, drizzle with honey or maple syrup and top off with your choice of fruit
