MOIST DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Aktualisiert: 24. Apr. 2020
How did the weekend pass so fast? We feel cheated. Goodbye messy hair, yoga pants, time to make awesome breakfast, and Netflix. Hello rush, stressed out humans and no time for anything fun. Except for hello there you beautiful brownies you. Also known as life savors. Cause you know that moment when you’re supposed to bring treats somewhere but you seriously have zero time on your hands? (And your conscious just won’t let you wrap a store bought cake in tin foil so it looks homemade – not that we’ve ever done something like that, just saying…) Anywhoooo. Here’s the answer to treats at your next office party, school thingy, birthday bash, baby shower... People love them. They’re quick. They’re easy. Everybody wins. Enjoy, you’re welcome! Xx, Sue & Sibylle WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 200g chocolate - 125g butter - 150g brown sugar - 3 eggs - 125g flour (or almondflour for you glutenfree peeps) - 2 tbsp Cacao - pinch of fleur de sel Topping: -50g dark chocolate -50g milk chocolate -1 tbsp butter 1 – Preheat the oven to 170°C. 2 – Melt the chocolate and the butter in a saucepan over very low heat. 3 – Add the sugar and mix well. Add eggs, one after the other and mix well until combined. 4 – Add the flour and cacao powder and stir to combine. Add a pinch of fleur de sel. 5 – Transfer to a 25x25 baking pan lined with parchment paper. 6 – Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or until set in the middle. 7 – If you want to do the topping (which you SHOULD) melt all the ingredients together and smear the chocolate sauce all over your freshly baked brownies. Enjoy and be happy!
