Green Smoothie Bowls have been all over the place lately, and we gotta tell you, we love them too! It’s such a satisfying, filling and healthy breakfast! What better way to start your day? And the options are endless, there are really just so many fun and delicious recipes out there, so today we are going to share one of our favorites with you! Green superpower all day! Xx, Sue & Sibylle WHAT YOU'LL NEED – 2 ripe Bananas – 1 Kiwi Fruit – 200ml Rice Milk (or whatever milk of your choice!) – 3 dates, pitted – some Pistachios – 2 tbsp of our homemade Almondbutter – 1tbsp Organic Vanilla Bean WPI from Bare Blends – 1 tsp Wheatgrass Powder from Naturkostbar
Simply place all of these delicious superfoods in your blender and mix for about a minute or so. Then simply top it off with whatever your heart desires! Drumrolls please, ready is your healthy Green Smoothie Bowl! Serves two! #RealHousewifeTip Place the bananas into your freezer for at least two hours, this way your smoothie bowl becomes sort of like ice cream! Healthy icecream anyone? Yes please!
