Happy baking & a happy New Year! We hope you celebrate with your loved ones with a lot of bubbles & laughs! We can't wait to see what 2016 has to offer!
2 – In a pan, melt the chocolate and the butter over medium heat. Take the pan off the stove and let it cool.
3 – Add the ground almonds and sugar and stir well with a spatula.
4 – Add one egg at a time and keep stirring.
5 – Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes. The cake should have a crust on top, but still wiggle when you give it a little shake.
-> For the festive chocolate sauce you only need to melt some chocolate and some butter and a pinch of salt over medium heat and poor it over the cake. The more the better. Then add whatever topping – we love pomegranate seeds!
